Rivermark Fox Insurance is an insurance company in Fort Worth with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
