Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova West Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
