Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Ashton Telecom and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 693 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
