Ironwood Union Telecom is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
