Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Umber Health provides primary and specialty care in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
