Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Willow Financial and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
