Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

Bright Forge Energy is an energy provider in El Paso focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
