Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath West Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around El Paso, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
