Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Wilder Construction is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
