Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Keystone Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
