Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Yarrow Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
