Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Detroit, MI)

Northwind Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Detroit with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
