Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Des Moines, IA)

Redstone Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Des Moines, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
