Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Des Moines, IA)

Silverline Keystone Health is a healthcare provider in Des Moines with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
