Lumen Iron Construction is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
