Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Dallas, TX)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Associates is a transit-planning firm in Dallas working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
