Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Energy and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
