Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight North Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Colorado Springs, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
