Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Drift Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Colorado Springs focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
