Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Foods Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
