Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Pine Financial is a financial-services company in Colorado Springs, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
