Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Works and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
