Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Sable Construction is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
