Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quarry Transit Planning and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
