Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in Cleveland with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
