Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Haven Financial is a financial-services company in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
