Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Glen Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Cincinnati with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
