Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Chicago, IL)

Cedar Glen Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Chicago, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
