Bright Mill Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions.
