Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Pine Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Charlotte, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
