Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Charleston, SC)

Summit Lakeside Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Charleston focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
