Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Lakeside Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Buffalo, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for client records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
