Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Wilder Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
