Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boise, ID)

Silverline Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Boise, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client records. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
