Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boise, ID)

Fernwood Ivory Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
