Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boise, ID)

Fernwood Glen Health provides primary and specialty care in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in Boise. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
