Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Union Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Boise serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
