Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cedar Civic Services Partners and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
