Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Iron Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Boise, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
