Summit Cedar Health Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 745 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies.
