Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Field Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
