Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Sparrow Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
