Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cedar Inspection Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
