Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Juniper Foods is a Austin food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
