Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Meridian Foods Partners produces packaged foods at its Austin plant. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
