Silverline Fern Care Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit.
