Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Cedar Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Anchorage. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
