Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Amberfield Insurance is an insurance company in Virginia Beach with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
