Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Amber Insurance and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
