Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Glen Civic Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
